Rubber Dam:- The rubber dam is a soft rubber sheet that acts like a safety barrier isolating the tooth from the rest of the mouth. The usage of rubber dam helps in maintaining a bacteria free operating field along with ensuring that debris and cleaning chemicals don’t fall to the back of your mouth.
Digital X-Ray:- An Intra Oral Sensor is a top of the line device that enables us to capture your tooth X-Rays directly on a computer in the form of digital images. Coupled with an advanced software system, we can enhance the image details to accurately diagnose problem(s) and make confident decisions on appropriate line of treatment. Apart from the diagnostic capability of this system, it significantly reduces the amount of radiation that you are exposed to, thus giving you a safer and healthier clinical environment.
Apex Locator:- Apex Locator is a micro processor controlled device that supports us in accurate calculation of the Working Length during a Root Canal Treatment. Precise knowledge of the working length enables us to perform a Root Canal Treatment with an extremely high success rate and with predictable and reliable results.
Operating Microscope:- Dr. Anjana performs all Root Canal procedures under an Operating Microscope. This helps Dr. Anjana to see the minutest of the details in the root canal system and ensure that all roots are properly cleaned and filled making the entire procedure more predictable and precise.
Three-Dimensional Root Canal Filling:- After cleaning, shaping and sterilizing the root canals, the final step is to fill the canals reliably to ensure there is no space for the bacteria to regrow. We achieve this by filling the root canals three-dimensionally using a cordless downpack heat source with a Backfill extruder.
Ultrasonic Irrigation:- The use of ultrasonic irrigation during root canal treatment results in improved canal cleanliness and highly efficient removal of bacteria and debris from the root canal. Ultrasonics also assist us in re-root canal cases to uncover missed canals as well as removal of any post or other obstruction.
Instrumentation:- We employ one of the most efficient file system available in the market to clean and shape the root canals that makes the whole procedure much more smoother and consistent.
